The scholar bowl meet at Raccoon today is cancelled and there will not be practice due to the expected weather forecast.
Save the Date: The 8th grade Graduation will be held on May 12, 2022.
We will dismiss at 1:30 due to predicted freezing rain. The volleyball game scheduled for today has been cancelled as well.

Congratulations to the Raccoon Lady Devils for winning the Kell Volleyball Tournament today.
The Raccoon School Board voted tonight to go mask recommended. The Federal Mandate is still in place for wearing masks on the bus. Please make sure your child wears a mask during the duration of the bus route. If they choose not to wear a mask, they will not be able to ride the bus. Thank you!

Mask update:
We are aware of the ruling, and we are monitoring the situation. We are aware the State has moved for a stay, and are awaiting further word on what will happen. The district was not subject to the lawsuit or the Temporary Restraining Order, but is alert to the ruling and will keep the community apprised when changes are made.
With that being said, we are still following the rules and all staff and students must wear masks.
As a reminder all packets from last week are due tomorrow.

Due to current weather conditions, Raccoon School District will have an E-Learning day tomorrow, Feb. 3rd.
Students need to complete day 2 of their E-Learning packet.
Due to the chance of inclement weather forecasted for tomorrow, Raccoon Consolidated School District #1 will have an E-Learning day on Wednesday, February 2nd. If you would like to get a school breakfast (poptarts, cereal bar, fruit) and lunch (ham/turkey sandwich, chips, veggies, fruit) on Wednesday, please come to cafeteria doors between 9:45-10:45a.m.
Students will need to do day 1 of their E-Learning packet. These assignments will be graded.

The yellow bus (Mr. Rick's route) will be combined with the blue bus (Ms. Mary's route). Please be aware of these changes for this afternoon's bus route. This is for TODAY only. All bus routes will be dismissed from class at 2:50 p.m. to adjust for these changes.

We will be going back to four bus routes tomorrow Monday, Jan 3rd. Please be patient as the new driver gets acclimated to her new route.
